The site is written and curated by me, Maryam Siddiqi. My dreams of opening up a grilled cheese restaurant were squashed when everyone else beat me to it, so I launched this to round up the best of bread and fillings.
While I’m based in Toronto, I make note of worthy sandwiches wherever I travel as well as offer a product guide should you brave making your own sandwich at home. In theory, sandwiches are easy to make, but it takes talent and imagination to make one that everyone should eat before they die. This site celebrates those sandwiches. Let’s eat!
