A bite of inspiration

Had lunch at Delux on Ossington today, and ate their achiote and lime chicken, avocado, tomato and aioli on fresh baked bread.

It hit me: Everyone (who eats chicken) should have this sandwich before they die. And so this site was born.

This site will compile the very best in sandwiches, primarily in Toronto, because that’s where I’m based. But I like to travel, and when I travel I eat, so other cities will be included on occasion.

What’s your favourite sandwich? Leave a comment with your recommendations.
